Privacy Policy

Your trust matters more to us than any data point. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

01Who we are

Field Growth AI (“Field Growth AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an AI consultancy that provides AI strategy, automation, custom model and agent development, data services and training. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us as a client. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Field Growth AI is the controller of the personal information described here.

02Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

  • Information you give us: your name, work email, company, budget range and any details you share through our contact form, by email or on calls.
  • Client engagement information: business contact details of your team, contract and billing details, and project communications.
  • Technical information: basic device and usage data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected through server logs and, where enabled, privacy-friendly analytics.

We do not knowingly collect special category data through our website, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

03How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule strategy calls.
  • To scope, deliver and manage client engagements.
  • To send invoices, administer contracts and keep business records.
  • To maintain the security and performance of our website.
  • To send occasional updates about our services, only where you have agreed or where the law allows, and always with an easy way to opt out.
  • To comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations.

05Client data and AI systems

When we access data inside a client’s systems during an engagement, we act as a processor on the client’s behalf, under a written data processing agreement. In that role we process the data only on documented instructions, apply least-privilege access, and work inside the client’s environment wherever possible.

We never use client data to train third-party or general-purpose models, and we do not reuse one client’s data for another client.

06How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Trusted service providers who host our website, email and business tools, under contracts that protect your data.
  • Calendly, which we use to schedule calls. When you book through our scheduler, Calendly processes your name, email and any answers you provide, under its own privacy notice.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
  • A successor business, if we are involved in a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

07Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. Our embedded Calendly scheduler may set its own cookies when it loads, as described in Calendly’s privacy notice. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent where required and update this policy to describe them.

08Data retention

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as the engagement lasts plus the period required for legal, tax and accounting purposes, typically six years. After that we securely delete or anonymise the data.

09Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication and regular reviews of our suppliers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you and regulators of a breach where the law requires.

10International transfers

We work with clients worldwide and some of our providers process data in other countries. Where personal information is transferred outside its country of origin, we use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Ask us to delete your information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Receive your information in a portable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fieldgrowthai.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

12Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and where changes are significant we will let clients know directly.
